I offer 1-1 rituals, meditation and energy work designed to help you slow down, fill your own cup and reconnect with who you truly are — without pressure or expectation.
Alongside individual work, I also offer bespoke wellbeing experiences for groups and corporate settings, thoughtfully tailored to the people and space involved.
Note - All 1-1 rituals are bookable online. Extended work, Life Activation and group sessions are arranged separately.
Rituals 1-1 Support
I offer gentle, intentional rituals designed to support stillness, self-connection and energetic balance. Each session is held in a calm, grounded space and can be gently tailored to what you need on the day.
Joyous Ritual
1 hour - £55
Choose from Aura Healing, Crystal Healing, Holy Fire® Reiki.
Ideal if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck or depleted - or if you simply know there is “more to life” and feel ready to explore it.
Reset Ritual
1.5 hours - £75
Includes Crystal Healing, Holy Fire® Reiki and soothing sound elements. A spacious 1-to-1 ritual designed to support your nervous system, release energetic heaviness and reconnect with your inner calm.
Extended and bespoke 1-1 work
Life Activation, multi-session journeys and extended 1-1 work are arranged individually to ensure they are aligned with your needs and intention.
3-Session Journey
A series of three 1-hour sessions (Aura, Crystal, Reiki or a tailored combination) to support you over time.
Max Meditation System™
